202112th “First aid platinum 10 minutes, National Self-help Day”Lanzhou Railway Station

    On the morning of October 10,2021, the 12th “First Aid Platinum 10 minutes, National self-help and Mutual Rescue Day,”with the theme “Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Start with self-help and mutual rescue,”Lanzhou stood at Renshoushan Square in Anning District for the popularization of public science and education, at 10:10, volunteers from more than 770 related institutions in more than 230 cities across the country were simultaneously popularizing first aid knowledge.

    Experts on-the-spot taught the basic operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the Hamlick technique of airway foreign body, the first aid techniques of on-the-spot hemostasis and bandaging of trauma, and carried out simulation operation, the whole event adopted the method of combining theoretical knowledge with on-the-spot practice, and taught the general public the basic operation essentials of emergency rescue by word, by example and by example. Many citizens watched the expert’s demonstration carefully and participated in the event one after another, and personally experienced the cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other operations, improve the public self-rescue rate.
