Mobile interactive abdominal puncture training and assessment system

■  The system consists of a tablet computer and an abdominal puncture simulator, which simulates the size of an adult and is placed in a supine position. The texture is soft, the touch is realistic, and the appearance is lifelike.
■  Obvious signs on the body surface: the lower edge of the costal arch, xiphoid process, rectus abdominis, umbilicus, groin, anterior superior iliac spine, and iliac crest can all be clearly perceived.
■  The simulator can perform bilateral femoral artery and femoral vein puncture, and the puncture can accurately show the return blood, which can be used for training or assessment by trainees.
■  Tablets can scan QR codes to connect simulators, or manually connect Bluetooth names for connection. They support login for both teacher and student ends, and can register multiple teacher and student ends. The student side can choose different mentors for easy management of class students.
■  The software consists of four modules: theoretical learning, training mode, assessment mode, and transcript
■  There is a question bank available, where mentors can freely choose questions for assessment. The question bank can be added, modified, and deleted by themselves
■  The teacher end can set the number of assessment questions, assessment time, item selection, video import, and modification of scoring standards, while the student end cannot modify them.
■  Students can bind to the teacher's end, and the same teacher can view the grades of all students under their binding and understand the practice situation of each student.
■  In training mode, there are options such as indications, contraindications, and item preparation for students to choose from, allowing them to further understand the purpose of this operation and the items used. The right or wrong selection can be set in advance in the system settings, and the supervisor can make corresponding modifications according to the assessment requirements.
■  The software displays the puncture needle insertion position in real-time, with voice and text prompts, and animation displays the needle insertion depth.
■  The software comes with assessment and scoring standards, and mentors can perform scoring operations on the tablet or set their own scoring standards. The scoring standards include preparation before operation, evaluation of the effects during and after operation.
