The visual examination, palpation, percussion, and auscultation content of abdominal examination are explained in text and voice (instead of blackboard writing).
■  It can simulate abdominal breathing 16 times per minute, and the liver, spleen, gallbladder, and cyst can move up and down under the septum muscle with breathing. Liver enlargement is 1-7 centimeters, spleen enlargement is 1-9 centimeters, and larger spleen can touch the notch of the spleen, which can be set arbitrarily. It can be equipped with liver of different textures.
■  Simulated patients can automatically set corresponding signs and uniform abdominal breathing according to computer instructions. It can simulate various tenderness points during abdominal diseases. When palpating tenderness, a simulated human will make a painful cry of "Oh, it hurts!". When palpating the gallbladder point, if the Murphy's sign test is positive, the simulated standardized patient will make painful cries and suddenly hold their breath, making the effect more realistic. It can also simulate auscultatory signs such as normal bowel sounds, excessive bowel sounds, and abdominal vascular murmurs.
