■ The anatomical simulator of the female urinary and reproductive system consists of the urinary tract, reproductive organs, abdominal aorta, and inferior vena cava. One side of the kidney and half of the uterus is frontal cut, while the other side of the bladder is the fallopian tube and ovary. Each organ is supported by a stent in its normal position and fixed to the base.
■ Urinary tract display: kidney (cross-section shows cortex, medulla, renal cone, renal pelvis), ureter, bladder (cross-section shows ureteral opening, urethral opening), and urethra.
■ Genitalia display: ovaries, fallopian tubes (isthmus, ampulla, funnelum, fimbriae), uterus (showing fundus, corpus, and cervix), ligamentum teres, ligamentum latum, ligament propria ovarii, and mesentery ovarii.
